ph963 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph963 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequ ential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, ph963's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
